Nursing education excellence, healthcare leadership, quality assurance in nursing, staff development, evidence-based practice implementation. Currently researching quality indicators in Nigerian nursing education.

19 years specializing in critical care nursing with extensive experience in ICU, emergency departments, and trauma care. Worked in teaching hospitals managing critically ill patients, ventilator care, hemodynamic monitoring, and clinical decision-making in high-stakes environments.

Critical care nursing, hemodynamic monitoring, emergency nursing, ventilator management, clinical assessment, patient safety protocols. Published research on ICU nursing competencies in West African context.
