ALLOCATION & POLICIES
Room Allocation Process
- Payment Verification — Submit proof of full payment or first instalment
- Room Request Form — Complete accommodation preference form
- Allocation — Rooms assigned based on availability and requests
- Check-in Instructions — Receive move-in date and procedures
- Welcome Orientation — Hostel rules and facility orientation
Hostel Rules & Regulations
- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM
- No loud music or disturbances during study hours
- Visitors allowed until 8 PM (opposite gender guests must have supervisor)
- Overnight guests require prior approval
- Keep rooms clean and well-maintained
- Report maintenance issues immediately
- Respect dormitory property & common areas
- No smoking, drugs, or alcohol on premises
- Attend mandatory safety briefings
Disciplinary Actions
Failure to comply with hostel rules may result in:
- Verbal warnings
- Written warnings
- Fines or charges
- Room restrictions
- Hostel suspension or expulsion
- Academic consequences (in severe cases)
ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
Payment Confirmation
Ensure tuition payment (at least first instalment) has been verified by Admissions
Accommodation Request
Submit your accommodation request form indicating room preferences
Room Allocation
Receive your room assignment and move-in date via email/SMS
Check-in Day
Arrive on your assigned date for room inspection and key collection
Orientation
Attend mandatory hostel orientation covering rules, facilities, and safety
Settlement
Settle into your room and connect with your roommates and hostel community
