ALLOCATION & POLICIES

Room Allocation Process

  1. Payment Verification — Submit proof of full payment or first instalment
  2. Room Request Form — Complete accommodation preference form
  3. Allocation — Rooms assigned based on availability and requests
  4. Check-in Instructions — Receive move-in date and procedures
  5. Welcome Orientation — Hostel rules and facility orientation

Hostel Rules & Regulations

  • Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM
  • No loud music or disturbances during study hours
  • Visitors allowed until 8 PM (opposite gender guests must have supervisor)
  • Overnight guests require prior approval
  • Keep rooms clean and well-maintained
  • Report maintenance issues immediately
  • Respect dormitory property & common areas
  • No smoking, drugs, or alcohol on premises
  • Attend mandatory safety briefings

Disciplinary Actions

Failure to comply with hostel rules may result in:

  • Verbal warnings
  • Written warnings
  • Fines or charges
  • Room restrictions
  • Hostel suspension or expulsion
  • Academic consequences (in severe cases)

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

Ensure tuition payment (at least first instalment) has been verified by Admissions

Submit your accommodation request form indicating room preferences

Receive your room assignment and move-in date via email/SMS

Check-in Day

Arrive on your assigned date for room inspection and key collection
